Co-Director: Assoc. Prof. David N. Jamieson (Also Director of the Microanalytical Research Centre (MARC) in the School of Physics)

This Special Research Centre is funded by the Australian Research Council.  It has as it central aim the construction of a quantum computer based on silicon.
The centre is a collaboration between the University of Melbourne, the University of New South Wales and the University of Queensland.

The Centre is Directed by Prof Robert Clark, UNSW.
