ANNOUNCEMENT

This is the first announcement of the Fourth Tropical Workshop on Particle Physics and Cosmology, which will be held at Palm Cove near Cairns, North Queensland during the 9th to the 13th of June, 2003. The Workshop is sponsored by the Special Research Centre for the Subatomic Structure of Matter, Adelaide University, and the Department of Physics, University of Puerto Rico. The theme of the Workshop is Neutrinos, Flavour Physics and Precision Cosmology.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Participation

Participation is open, but the workshop will be restricted to 40 people. Colleagues who are interested in participating should contact one of the coordinators, whose email address, phone and fax numbers are given at the end of this Announcement.

Location

Palm Cove is a seaside town just north of Cairns. Off the coast is the magnificent Great Barrier Reef, and the town is surrounded by tropical rainforest. The Workshop will be held in the Clarion Resort Great Barrier Reef which is right next to the beach.

Deadlines

At this time no deadline has been established for registration. Hotel Reservation Forms will become available at a later date.
