Jeyapiragash Maheswaran and Immanuel John Gunaseelan: Detect large moving objects underwater, and distinguish between natural and artificial objects

Joshua Wong and Lucy ?:
Design an ultraviolet dosimeter. Measure the cumulative exposure to UV radiation. The dosimeter needs to be robust, cheap and portable.

Justin Kwan Wenn Chong (151820) and Adam David Peacock (152184):
project No. 11. "Measure the transit of a single electron in a nanocircuit."

Lin Yang and Yu Chien Cheong :
We would like to request for approval for out group project, which is based on project 22. Our aim is to detect approaching Tsunami (real time monitoring) and and to provide an alarming system. We are inspired by the Tsunami tragedy happened on the boxing day last year, and we are dedicated to find a solution which can prevent further lost of life in future.

Inspect operational aircraft for stress cracks.

Tomi Oyekanmi:
(34) Detect postal items containing more than 50g of explosives

2. Measure the thickness and roughness of paper to within 1%.

Lexie McKnight- Toner project

Charles Kemp and Robert Kennedy:
Monitor and measure seismic stress in an earthquake region.

Sandy Nie and ?Munhuong:
Measure the temperature of the external skin on a satellite (varies from near absolute zero to hundreds of Kelvin).

Lawrence Ching Shing Chuan and Chin Anh Lim:
Non-invasive detection of soft-tissue cancers.

Michael Huang and Jensie:
Identify composition of an unknown sample at a crime scene.

Chen Haur Chong and Yin aMing Niu:
Nondestructively detect original writing from a parchament that has been cleaned and rewritten on.

Ray Gao: Measurement of continental drift.

Marlon Barnes
Noninvasively detect electrical and chemical activity within a human brain.
