Complaints (and solutions!)
Elemental maps are nice, but...
- Why not map ratios to emphasise correlations?
Why not always include SEM/Optical image?
- Greater use of visualisation software
Struggle with statistics
- Need bigger detectors!
- More intense beams!
- DAQ systems that don’t fall over for ɱkHz!
