NUFIT - A general purpose fitting, graphing and analysis program

NUFIT is a program from the Microanalytical Research Centre designed to
load and display a wide variety of data types. The full version includes
libraries of K, L and M x-ray lines as well as the ability to display RBS
surface energies of all elements.
NUFIT was used to produce most of the diagram in the text 'Materials
Analysis with a Nuclear Microprobe' published by John Wiley and Sons, NY,
1996 (ISBN 0-471-10608-9).
NUFIT is also used in many of the publications of the MARC group.
