Here are the proton scattering angle distributions:
1. GEANT 2. REAL (a) 115 MeV (b) 105 MeV. Filling up the holes in the beam regions results in a probability of missing an event of 0.33 (for both energies). Histograms of number of hits in (left) wc1 and (right) wc2 for (top) 105 MeV and (bottom) 115 MeV. We rejected events with >9 hits.
