output_data.txt format:
Each line represents a single event (a single particle being transmitted through the aperture). Particles that were not transmitted have been filtered from this file.

The fields are separated by a single space.
The fields are:
 - aperture angle, in degrees
 - final x coordinate of particle, in nm
 - final y coordinate of particle, in nm
 - final z coordinate of particle, in nm
 - final Energy of particle, in eV
