Resistance is about 6 MΩ. 26 and 27 are the source and drain on the other device (the control device). Resistance about 6.2MΩ. Run W14Chip2N2D2-2 was quite non-linear. This scan showed both devices were ok (gate dead though), with larger resistance than previously. During the last run (and a couple of others) I was flicking the desk light on and off. The graph went down when the light was turned on (increased (negative) current) and back up when it was turned off.
