One of the most important facilities of our research group is the extensive computer system used by the group for data acquisition,analysis and simulation. The system consists of an extensive network of UNIX and PC machines including an ever-expanding Beowulf cluster. We also make significant use of TCAD (Technology Computer Aided Design) software.
